Hi There, I'm Abhinav

Thanks for stopping in to see what ABHIFIT is all about. My name is Abhinav Singh, and I am the owner and founder of AbhiFitOnline. I founded AbhiFitOnline in 2015 and has been working with clients full time for over 10 years. I also own my own private personal training studio ABHIFIT HEALTH CLUB at Mohali, IN since 2020.

I believe a strong, healthy, balanced body is the key to living well and our mission is to help clients live longer, healthier, fuller lives through physical fitness.

For almost a decade, I have helped hundreds of men and women achieve their health and fitness goals as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. With over 500+ documented transformations and testimonials, our credibility as a knowledgeable trainer, coach, and stands strong.

My Journey

From Skinny & Sick to Strong & Confident

I wasn't always fit. In fact, I used to be severely underweight.

As a kid, I was healthy but frequent sickness flipped the script. I became extremely skinny, tired all the time, moody, and disconnected from life. My digestion was shot, I had poor energy levels, and even started losing hair. Socially and emotionally, I shut down. I hated how I looked and how I felt.

Then I Flipped the Script...

Instead of chasing short term fixes, I started focusing on long term health:

  • Eating enough to support my body.
  • Prioritizing rest and sleep.
  • Strength training instead of overtraining.
  • Learning to balance healthy food with fun food.
  • Rebuilding my relationship with food and with myself.

When you focus on getting healthy first, everything else follows:

My Bodybuilding & Coaching Journey

In 2013, I weighed just 48 kg. By 2019, I had gained over 25 kg of lean mass, reaching 75 kg in competition shape.

My transformation wasn't overnight. It took years of consistency, education, trial and error and a hell of a lot of patience. I prepped for competitions, learned everything from scratch, and applied it on myself first.

Over time, I became the coach I wish I had when I started.

Skinny to 6 Pack Reality

Before all this, I had a classic case of the underweight, unhealthy, and frustrated. I wasn't happy with how I looked or felt.

Fast forward to now, I've built visible abs, fixed my digestion, and most importantly helped hundreds of men and women lose fat and reclaim their lives.

The Fracture That Taught Me Even More

In 2020, I fractured my ankle, my first major injury. It didn't happen in the gym, but it did pause my progress.

I lost muscle, gained fat, and had to rebuild again from the ground up. It was a reminder that fitness isn't a straight line. It's a journey of ups and downs.

With the right nutrition, rehab, supplementation, and most importantly, the right mindset, I came back stronger.

I firmly believe that your fitness journey shouldn't mean giving up your social life. You can still enjoy drinks with your partner or pizza nights with friends those moments matter.

Instead of cutting them out, I'll show you how to work with them optimizing your nutrition and creating a healthy balance with all foods.

My goal is for you to make progress without ever feeling like you're on a diet and that's something I take great pride in.

As your coach, I'm not here to just tell you what to do, I'm here to help you understand why you're doing it. Whether it's the workouts I assign or the meals I suggest, I'll always explain the reasoning behind it.
