Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering value through our plans and support. To ensure fairness and accountability on both sides, our refund policy is as follows:
Eligibility Period
Refund requests are only valid within the first 28 days from the date your plan is delivered.
Effort & Communication Requirement
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Follow the plan consistently and update us daily for the first 21 days.
- Submit all weekly check-ins on time. Missed check-ins will void the refund guarantee.
Result Based Guarantee
If, after following the plan diligently and maintaining regular communication, you do not see any results within this period, you may request a refund.
Communication of Issues
If you're facing any difficulties or concerns with the plan or service, it must be clearly communicated to us in a timely manner, so we have the opportunity to resolve them. Failure to communicate issues may void your eligibility for a refund.
Partial Deductions
If a refund is approved, please note that a service and plan delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount, as all materials provided are proprietary.
