My approach to nutrition is based around helping you create non-restrictive habits and build a healthy relationship with food; there is no good or bad, just balance. All our dietary plans and advice focus on positive food relationships and don't encourage or require restrictive eating habits.

No, spot reduction is a myth. Many people still believe that it is possible to choose where fat can be lost from one's body because of the continual misleading information available on the internet.
