Gaurav joined our team exactly 1 year back and wanted a Gym workout and Nutrition Plan to reduce his Body fat percentage, weight and become stronger and athletic!

Gaurav followed all the plans with utmost resilience and grit. There were multiple occasions where we couldn't follow the plan to the best so we Improvised according to the situations. Like gyms in Australia got closed multiple times since last 1 year but we still continued our workouts from home.
